  • We go to the buggy fit classes at ropner park, it’s a great class, gets me up and about and feeling good! It’s great to be able to do an exercise class with my boy alongside (and laughing at) me!

Donna is a very approachable instructor, she was easy to talk too when extra advice was needed and she tailors her classes to suit individual ability whilst aiming to improve fitness, stamina and confidence. I also enjoyed exercising with other ladies who had also recently had babies as the classes have a friendly and supportive atmosphere. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone who wants to improve their fitness after having a baby.
