Buggy Cardio and Tone

Suitable for pre and postnatal.

Exercise in the great outdoors! These fun and relaxed classes last for 45 minutes. Classes start with a warm up of brisk walking and mobility exercises to raise the heart rate. We then get into the fat burning bit consisting of cardiovascular, toning and strength based exercises, we finish with a cool down and stretch and there always time for a coffee and chat after!

All participants are treated as individuals and exercises will be adapted and modified to suit the individual.

Bring your baby / toddler too in a pushchair, during the school holidays bring your older children too!

Bring a drink!! Dress for the British weather! Wear loose comfortable clothing, trainers and don’t forget to wear a sport bra!!

You need to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. Mummies who have had a c section need to be especially cautious and can join us when baby is 8 weeks, providing they have permission from their doctor.


Mummy and Me Circuit

This fun indoor exercise class includes everything you need to improve your fitness levels, tone up and get back into shape after birth. A typical class lasts one hour and consists of a:

  • A warm up
  • Cardio and Strength fat burning circuit workout 
  • Mat based Pilates (to help tone abdominals and pelvic floor)
  • Stretching exercises 

Bring your baby along in their pushchair, car seat or bring a padded playmat to lie them on and a couple of toys.

Suitable for pre and postnatal.

Pilates is an excellent form of exercise and is recommended by health professionals as one of the safest forms to do during pregnancy. It is the perfect exercise for those who prefer a more gentle form of exercise.

Each exercise performed in Pilates has an abdominal/pelvic floor focus to it (also referred to as your “core”), making it highly suitable during and after pregnancy. Pilates helps to relieve tension in muscles which are often a result of our daily activities (sitting at a computer, using a mobile phone, carrying baby) and it can help you relax and sleep better!

Pilates courses typically run over 6 weeks term time for 45 minutes and consist of a short warm-up followed by standing and floor based pilates exercises and finish with stretching and relaxation.

Babies welcome in a car seat, pushchair or on a playmat.

Please bring an exercise mat.



Metafit is a 30 minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high intensity interval workout.

A typical workout consists of a warmup followed by work and rest periods that combine strength, plyometric and core exercises. The session is finished with a cool down and stretch.

The class is suitable for any fitness level everyone is treated as an individual and each move is adapted to suit your fitness level.

Children are welcome but they must be in a pushchair/ car seat or be sat down (Ipads welcome!!).

Dads are welcome too!!

Please note This class is not suitable for anyone with pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse or diastasis recti.
